I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. Our training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany our regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.
During our Personal Training sessions, I'll be focused on helping you achieve your goals, keeping you motivated and having fun. I feel great when I see people get what they want out of life, so helping you achieve them, turns this from my job to my passion.
One of my biggest beliefs is that the health habit doesn’t stay in the gym or even have to be in a gym. Whether we’re working towards home exercises, healthy eating plans or fitness events, I'll provide a structured, tailor-made programme which will advance you towards those goals in the best possible way. You’ll be encouraged all the way through.
What is it you really want to do that I can help you with? I’ve been that overweight person that used to be very active and let it all go. As soon as I realised I had a way out through fitness, the passion for fitness hit me again and I got the bug to participate in fitness activities. I loved it! Due to this, my goal is to help you discover that fitness isn't just good for you, but can lead to a whole load of other opportunities to reach your goals in fitness and in life.
